We, Saman Faraz Gheshm as a member of Iranian Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Products’ Export Association (OPEX), in order to meet the needs of our customers ,declare the below regulation for registering in BUYER LIST.
Seller: Saman Faraz Gheshm Who sells petrochemical products.
Buyer: Who requires one or more products from the manufacturer and is willing to buy in any way.
Manufacturer: Petrochemical companies who produce and supply petrochemical products.
Market Zone: the market region determined by seller to sell the products which may be defined by one or by a group of countries.
Article1- Only applicant who is registered as a buyer in BUYER LIST of Saman Faraz Gheshm can buy from the seller.
Article2- If the buyer is a trader then should provide the following documents to seller:
A- Company’s registration certificates
B- Documents that shows the trader has experience in trading petrochemical products at least for 5 years.
C- The buyer’s proof of fund on the ability of funding for the transaction certified by a reliable bank.
D- Certificate of exporting petrochemical products
Article3- if the buyer is End User the below documents is needed:
A- Documents prove that all the activities related to the production takes place in the importing country.
B- Production licenses and permits as well as company registration and Articles of association
C- The list of company products
D- The information related to production line
E- The buyer’s proof of fund on the ability of funding for the transaction certified by a reliable bank.
Article 4- The buyer can only register and order products in the Market Zone which has provided the required documents for it.
Article 5- terms and conditions for sales of any products, is only valid and applicable in the mentioned sales procedure which will be announced subsequently.
